


FAQ – Shipping and Handling Information
Our goal is to ensure your order is delivered promptly and exceeds your expectations. We want you to treasure and enjoy your Angel Pendant(s) for years to come and tell your family and friends about our commitment to share the gift of caring world wide. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your angel jewellry purchase, please give us a chance to make it right for you!
We offer a full 100% satisfaction guarantee! You may return your purchase for a complete refund (minus the shipping) within 30 days of shipping. Please let us know what could have made your purchase a better experience for you by contacting us at stantait@theangelpendant.com.
We normally ship within 3-5 business days of receiving your order, however exceptions do occur. If we anticipate any delays in shipping our product to you, we will notify you by email, or it will be clearly noted on the order page if products take longer for delivery. Your order is shipped by Canada Post and you should allow for 2 -4 weeks for delivery.
Please specify special requests in the “comments” box under the “Billing and Shipping” page during checkout.
We ship worldwide. Our standard shipping and handling rates are flat fee based on 1-3 items per shipment to one location. Please note, that multiple delivery orders will each incur a shipping and handling charge. Flat fees are $9.95 Canadian by Regular Post for 1-3 items and $ 20.00 Express Post within Canada and $ 30.00 Express Post for USA. Worldwide standard Canada Post delivery is set at $ 20.00 per shipment of 1 – 3 items. In an effort to keep your postage costs to a minimum, we DO NOT offer Courier service outside of Canada and the USA. If you need your order shipped faster worldwide, please send us an email at stantait@theangelpendant.com and we will provide you with a quote. Additionally, if you have your own UPS, Purolator or Federal Express account, we can ship using your account, however, you will need to notify us of your account number prior to shipping.
Please be aware that shipments leaving Canada and entering another country may be subject to that country’s customs and excise duty that is at the purchaser’s expense. Please note that Angels with stones or custom orders may take longer to process prior to shipping and we will send you an email informing you of the expected date of delivery.

Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Interac Online. Interac Online is available at select Canadian banks.
Sales Tax
We collect applicable sales and local taxes on shipments within Canada. Tax is based on point of delivery destination.
Delivery Methods
All shipments are pre-paid and delivery is assured to the complete and correct addresses we are provided. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to:
- Incorrect mailing addresses including incorrect recipient or business names, the omission of suite, apartment, unit, floor or building numbers and missing or incorrect state zip codes or provincial postal codes.
- Civil unrest, labor disputes, work stoppages or transportation disruptions outside of our control.
- Canada Post work to rule or postal strikes are beyond our control.
- Recipient refuses delivery of the package including refusal to pay any customs or duty fees if transported to a country where such fees are applied.
- If requested, we will re-ship undeliverable or returned packages at a cost to the sender (product and shipping).
Shipping to Institutions
If shipping to a hospital, college, university or other large institution, the sender must include details such as room number, patient or guest name etc. We can only guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the location.

Share Your Angel Pendant Story
Every gift of an Angel Pendant inspires a story. The power of these stories lies in our willingness to share them and invites you to share how you have been touched or inspired by the gift of giving or receiving of The Angel Pendant.
What is the The Angel Pendant going to do with the Stories?
It is our goal to further promote and share the stories with others by uniting people and providing you with a platform to celebrate your story while also learning from others. By sharing your story, we can show how we are not alone and are part of a larger, caring community.
Who can Submit a Story?
Anyone who wishes to share his/her experience can submit a story. Although we enjoy hearing all of the stories, not all stories will be posted. We have the right to edit the stories at our discretion to ensure content is suitable for the web. If your story is shared on our website and you wish to have it removed, you may email us info@theangelpendant.com at any time and we will remove your post.
You must register on The Angel Pendant website in order to Share Your Story. Your name, state, province or country will be associated with your story. If however, you wish for the story to be anonymous, please advise us by email so that we will not post your name with the story. We value your privacy and will not share your contact information with anyone. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute your name or email address to third parties.
